Cancellation Policy

Kounos Coastal Escapes follows a clear and flexible cancellation policy, designed to ensure
smooth operations and a positive experience for all our guests.

1. Standard Booking
– Cancellation up to 10 days before the cruise: 100% refund.
– Cancellation up to 5 days before the cruise: 50% refund.
– Cancellation 3 days before or later: non-refundable (0% refund).
In all cases, guests may choose to receive a 100% credit of the amount paid for future use
on any cruise operated by the company, based on the current price list. This option can be
selected up to 5 days before the scheduled departure.

2. Flexible Booking (+€25)
Guests who select the Flexible policy may cancel up to 72 hours before the cruise with a
full refund (100%), without any additional charges.

3. Cancellations due to weather or technical reasons
If sailing is prohibited by the Port Authority due to bad weather, or if Kounos Coastal
Escapes must cancel the cruise for technical or operational reasons, the amount paid will
be fully refunded (100%) to the guest.
All refunds are processed through the same payment method used during booking, within a
few business days.
