Kounos Coastal Escapes operates with transparency and professionalism, offering a sea
experience based on safety, consistency, and genuine hospitality. The following terms apply
to all private and semi-private cruises. By confirming a booking, the guest fully accepts the
terms and conditions below.

1. Payment Methods
Payments can be made using any of the following methods:
– By credit or debit card at our office or through a payment link.
– By bank transfer to the company’s official IBAN account.
– By cash payment, upon prior agreement with the company.
A booking is considered confirmed only once the deposit or full payment has been received,
depending on the type of cruise.

2. Cruise Operation
All private and semi-private cruises are operated exclusively with a Kounos Coastal
Escapes captain.
During the trip, the captain is responsible for the safety of all passengers and reserves the
right to adjust or modify the route if weather or sea conditions require it. Any change will
always be made for the passengers’ safety and comfort.

3. Weather Conditions & Cancellations by the Company
Kounos Coastal Escapes reserves the right to reschedule or cancel a cruise if weather
conditions do not allow for safe operation.
In the event of an official sailing ban or any technical or operational issue, the company
will offer either a new date for the trip or a full refund (100%) of the total amount paid.

4. Company Liability
Kounos Coastal Escapes is not responsible for loss or damage of personal belongings,
nor for delays or changes to the itinerary caused by weather or port authority restrictions.
All cruises are conducted in accordance with the safety standards and guidelines set by the
Hellenic Coast Guard.

5. Passenger Conduct
Guests are required to follow the captain’s instructions throughout the trip.
The company reserves the right to refuse participation or discontinue a cruise if a
passenger’s behavior is deemed unsafe or disruptive to others on board.

6. Cancellation Policy
All bookings are subject to the official Cancellation Policy of Kounos Coastal Escapes,
which clearly defines refund percentages and timeframes.
The same policy applies to both private and semi-private cruises, ensuring fairness and
flexibility for all guests
